 Objectives: 1) I will be able to use maps, videos, images, and text to expand my background knowledge about important ancient civilizations (Tibet/Nepal) in order to increase my knowledge of the world and enhance my comprehension.2) I will learn what the references "Shangri-La" and "Utopia" mean, and read about the terms origins so that I will understand the terms meanings when seen in other contexts.
